Regional Partner Terms

Important program summary

HostIn.pk initially remains solely responsible for advertising, sales, customer relationships, payments, order management, service delivery, fulfilment and support.

A Regional Partner participates only in the territory-based attribution and revenue-sharing program. Regional Partners receive approved aggregate statistics and revenue-sharing information. They do not receive individual order details or customer personal information.

1. Nature of the relationship

The Regional Partner Program is a limited commercial attribution and revenue-sharing arrangement. It does not create employment, agency, a legal partnership, a joint venture, a franchise, an ownership interest, or authority to act for or bind HostIn.pk.

2. HostIn.pk responsibilities

Unless HostIn.pk provides a different written arrangement in the future, HostIn.pk independently manages advertising and marketing, pricing, customer acquisition, checkout, payment collection, order processing, provisioning, fulfilment, customer communication, technical and billing support, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, complaints and disputes.

3. Regional Partner role

The Regional Partner's initial role is limited to territory attribution and revenue sharing. The Regional Partner may not manage customers, orders, payments, support or service delivery, collect payments, modify orders, make commitments for HostIn.pk, or represent that they control HostIn.pk's operations unless separately authorized in writing.

4. Territory scope

The territory is used to determine attribution during the active term. It does not transfer ownership or exclusive control of the territory, customers, marketing activity, services, infrastructure, pricing, websites, domains, customer relationships, intellectual property or other HostIn.pk assets. HostIn.pk may continue advertising, selling, onboarding, supporting and serving customers there.

5. Dashboard and statistical access

The Regional Partner dashboard provides only approved aggregate statistics and financial information, such as qualifying attributed order counts, summarized sales activity, approved Distributable Margin, calculated partner share, pending, approved and paid amounts, reporting periods, and territory status.

Statistics may be anonymized, delayed, adjusted or rounded. The dashboard does not provide access to individual orders, customer accounts or customer records.

6. Customer and order information

The Regional Partner will not ordinarily receive customer names, contact details, billing addresses, identity documents, payment information, invoices, individual order records, ordered domains or services, support tickets, internal notes, credentials, or other customer personal or confidential information.

HostIn.pk may provide anonymized or limited information only when reasonably required to explain a calculation or investigate an attribution concern.

7. Revenue-sharing model

The displayed split applies to approved Distributable Margin from qualifying, paid and correctly attributed orders, not gross sales or the full customer payment. The calculation may account for taxes, refunds, credits, discounts, processing charges, chargebacks, reversals, third-party or vendor costs, fulfilment costs, bad debt and other valid adjustments.

HostIn.pk's internal order and financial records are the primary source for attribution and calculation, subject to correction of verified errors.

8. Attribution and reporting

HostIn.pk determines qualifying attribution using available platform records and reasonable location indicators. The Regional Partner does not receive a right to inspect complete customer or order records.

An order may qualify only when it is associated with the active territory, successfully paid, correctly attributed, eligible under the applicable rules, and not refunded, reversed, cancelled or charged back.

9. Reservation, payment and activation

A territory reservation remains provisional until checkout is completed and payment is confirmed. The territory becomes active only when active status is shown in the participant's account. A pending payment or provisional reservation does not confirm activation.

An unpaid, cancelled, unsuccessful or expired reservation may be released. The price, active term, activation date, expiry date, renewal price and other commercial information will be shown during checkout or in the participant's account.

Activation provides access only to approved territory statistics and revenue-sharing information. It does not provide access to customer records, individual orders, payments, support tickets or operational systems. Refunds, renewals, cancellations and payment adjustments remain subject to HostIn.pk policies and checkout terms.

10. No guaranteed results

The territory reservation does not guarantee advertising expenditure, enquiries, orders, sales, revenue, profit, Distributable Margin, payouts or any financial return. Marketing activity, demand, pricing and performance may change during the active term.

11. Brand use and public statements

The Regional Partner may use that title only while the territory is active and only in an accurate manner approved by HostIn.pk. The Regional Partner must not present themselves as an owner, employee, authorized agent, operator of a HostIn.pk regional office, manager of HostIn.pk customers or orders, or a person with exclusive control in the territory.

HostIn.pk names, logos, domains and other brand assets may not be registered, altered or used without written approval.

12. Compliance, suspension and termination

The Regional Partner is responsible for lawful, accurate and ethical conduct. HostIn.pk may suspend or terminate participation for non-payment, fraud, attribution manipulation, misleading representations, unauthorized customer contact, misuse of customer information, brand misuse, legal or policy violations, material customer harm or another material breach.

Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, reversals and verified attribution corrections may reduce or reverse related sharing amounts.

13. Acceptance

By selecting “I agree to the Regional Partner Terms” and continuing to payment, the participant confirms acceptance of these terms, the displayed territory price and the displayed revenue-sharing percentages.

The participant also confirms that HostIn.pk will initially manage all advertising, sales, orders, payments, service delivery and customer support, and that Regional Partner access is limited to approved aggregate statistics and financial reporting.
